Michael F. D’Onofrio
Michael is the Managing Director at ETS and a member of the Executive Board, specializing in national client development, relationship management and strategic direction. A frequent speaker and professional educator for CPAs, Real Estate and Family Office Investors with a focus on Federal, State and Local Tax Credits, Incentives, R&D Credits, Cost Segregation Studies, Renewable Energy Credits and new Opportunity Zone Strategies to help savvy companies, property owners and top accounting firms across the country benefit from under-utilized tax strategies to maximize investments and increase cash flow.
Previously at Treasure Coast Capital Partners, Michael specialized in diverse experience with M&A, project financing, manufacturing, logistics, renewable energy, fuel distribution, real estate, healthcare and medical technologies. Michael worked closely with a network of family offices, strategic investors and management teams cultivating relationships, evaluating synergistic opportunities to exceed expectations. Also an original founder and COO at NewGen Technologies and ReFuel America, Michael played an integral role in the initial development of corporate global strategic initiatives. Michael also worked with private investors in the medical industry opening multiple diagnostic imaging facilities across the U.S. utilizing some of the most advanced diagnostic imaging technology.
Michael started his career with The Sherwin-Williams Company assisting many of the largest retailer's with private label projects and strategic expansion including Walmart, Home Depot, Lowe's where he organized and managed sales teams, developed innovative marketing programs and implemented new products. Michael obtained his MBA at Nova Southeastern University's Huizenga Graduate School of Business and Entrepreneurship in Ft. Lauderdale FL after undergraduate studies at John Carroll University in Cleveland OH. Michael works out of Charlotte NC and Palm Beach FL.
Kimberly is Executive Vice President for Engineered Tax Services, Inc. (ETS), an industry-leading provider of specialty tax services in the United States. Kimberly possesses a powerful combination of real-world business management skills, with a fundamental understanding and practical application of tax codes as they relate to real estate, and energy efficiency incentives. This knowledge and experience has uniquely positioned her as a big-league tax expert for Fortune 500, high net worth individuals, ultra-high net worth individuals, single and multiple family offices, architects, engineers, and CPAs nationwide.
Ms. Lochridge also serves on the Investment Council for the Gonzalez Family Office where she reviews potential opportunities and co-investments the family’s portfolio. This activity has earned her a seat on the tax committee for the Washington D.C. based Real Estate Roundtable group as well as a variety of board positions.
Prior to joining ETS and the Gonzalez Family Office, Ms. Lochridge has spent over a quarter of a century in entrepreneurship which had important roles within the real estate and energy industry. Kim is also a frequent multi-national speaker in the tax, investment, private wealth, and family office spaces where she altruistically shares her expertise with others.
Heidi oversees the Marketing and Advertising efforts along with business development for ETS. Her career has been spent in private accounting within the commercial real estate, development, and construction industries. This background allowed her to quickly adapt to the services offered by ETS as they relate to CPA’s, business owners, and property investors nationally.
Heidi lives in Northern Utah with her husband and three children, and a number of animal friends. Although she enjoys traveling she can be found after hours outside biking, skiing, boating or sitting on the back of a horse.
